To replace failing sash windows at the Courthouse in Yosemite Valley with new double-hung sashes to ensure operability and improve energy efficiency. The existing window frames will be retained.

• Removal and replacement of 26 existing sash windows with new double-hung windows.

• Existing window frames will remain in place.

• Installation of a standard Z-Bar to secure new window sashes.

• Disposal of removed sashes outside of Yosemite National Park.

• Option to replace 6 fixed pane windows.

• Includes 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Left Handing), 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Left Handing), 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Left Handing), 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Right Handing), 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Right Handing), and 1 Trapezoid Picture Window (Right Handing).

• Disposal of removed windows outside of Yosemite National Park.

• Standard Sash Windows (26 ea): Milgard Tuscany V400, 8225T (or approved equal), Double Hung. Key features include Low-E glass, dual glaze with Argon, Classic Brown exterior, White interior, SmartTouch Lock hardware, and a lifetime limited warranty.

• Fixed Pane Windows (Additive #1): Milgard Tuscany V400, 8370T, PWG4R (or approved equal), Trapezoid Picture Window. Specifications vary slightly by unit size and handing, but generally include Low-E glass, dual glaze with Argon, Classic Brown exterior, White interior, and a limited lifetime warranty.

• Provide all materials, labor, supervision, and equipment.

• Costs to include travel, profit, and overhead.
