This solicitation is for Elevator Maintenance, Inspection, & Repair Service at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) in Reno, NV. The contract aims to ensure vertical transportation equipment (VTE) operates as originally designed and to maintain it in like-new condition.

• Provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, inspection, and testing for all elevators and cart lifts.

• Maintain equipment efficiency, safety, and speeds as per manufacturer specifications.

• Provide all necessary tools, equipment, parts, lubricants, and supplies.

• Comply with all federal, state, and local laws, including obtaining required licenses and insurance.

Its purpose is to gather information to aid the government in its decision-making process for a services procurement related to elevator maintenance, inspection, and repair at the VA Sierra Nevada Health Care System (VASNHCS) in Reno, NV. • Provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, and inspection services for all vertical transportation equipment (VTE) at VASNHCS.
