To install Rooftop Photovoltaic systems on multiple buildings at the Veterans Affairs Illiana Healthcare System (VAIHCS).

• Provide all labor, material, supplies, equipment, management, and supervision for the installation.

• A pre-bid inspection will be conducted to allow bidders to inspect existing conditions and ask questions prior to bid submission.
