- Exterior Brick Tuckpointing: Perform exterior brick tuckpointing on approximately 21,500 square feet of the 5-story building. Work includes removing deteriorated mortar joints and replacing them with new mortar that matches the existing composition, color, texture, and profile to restore integrity, prevent water infiltration, and ensure structural stability.

This RFI targets SDVOSB and VOSB firms. Respondents must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) and with the Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) program, and meet the SBA size standard for NAICS code 561210 ($47.0M). Firms are requested to provide:
- Confirmation of small business category (SDVOSB/VOSB) and VA CVE certification status.
- A capability statement detailing in-house capabilities, a plan to meet the 15% self-performance requirement (PL109-461), and confirmation of ability to obtain performance and payment bonds.
- Firm's name, address, UEI, CAGE number, and primary point of contact.
- Details for three most relevant projects within the past five years, similar in size, scope, and complexity, including contract information, prime/subcontractor status, services provided, and any performance issues.
