The contractor must employ a third-party controls engineer for system integration (Johnson Controls Metasys, Secutron fire alarm, HID PIVclass readers, Swiss Log pneumatic tube) and commissioning, and ensure comprehensive third-party inspections and testing.

This is a Firm-Fixed-Price Requirements contract with an estimated magnitude between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The period of performance is 540 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. The place of performance is the Sacramento VA Medical Center, 10535 Hospital Way, Mather, California 95655.

Eligibility & Submission

This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and verified by SBA's VetCert at the time of submission and prior to award.
