The contractor must employ a third-party controls engineer for system integration (Johnson Controls Metasys, Secutron fire alarm, HID PIVclass readers, Swiss Log pneumatic tube) and commissioning, and ensure comprehensive third-party inspections and testing.

Eligibility & Submission
This solicitation is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) Set-Aside. Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and verified by SBA's VetCert at the time of submission and prior to award.
