• Temporary Feeds: Clarification on the sequence and breaker sizing for temporary feeds to panels EG-501. Back Feed 1 and 2 require 120 amp 3 pole breakers. Manufacturing compatibility needs verification.
• Downtime for Temporary Feeds: Temporary feeders require at least 2 weeks advance notice. Downtime for critical equipment like Medical Air Compressor and Medical Vacuum Pump should not exceed 1 hour.
• HWP-507 Circuit Breaker Size: The correct breaker size for the new HWP-507 water pump is 80A, not 100A as initially indicated on EP-101. Conductor and conduit sizes are to be determined by the electrical subcontractor per NEC codes.
• Panel Schedules: Panel schedules have been updated in Revision 3. Circuits SF-02 and HRP-02 are being removed as part of another project. The "EF-02" disconnect on the 10th floor is also being removed as part of another project and is not included in the new 10A-AC panel.
• HGP-1 and HGP-2 Breaker Size: The correct breaker size for new HGP-1 and HGP-2 is 15A-3P, as clarified in Revision 3. Refer to specifications for minimum conductor size.
• Glycol Makeup System Circuit: The circuit for the glycol makeup system has been corrected to a 15A-1P circuit in Revision 3.
• VFD and Float Device Responsibility: Responsibility for VFDs and float devices (electrical vs. mechanical contractor) is to be coordinated by the General Contractor, as updated in Revision 3.
• Back Feed Breaker Responsibility: The General Contractor is responsible for supplying the 100a/3p GE breaker for back feeding, as updated in Revision 3.
• Water Coil Capacity: The airflow rate for HGC-102 has been updated to 11,740 cfm in Revision 3.
• Site Management Roles: The Site Superintendent can function as Site Safety Health Officer and CQC System Manager if minimum training/experience requirements are met.
• Drawing M-101 Note 3: This note has been added to the plan in Revision 4.
