Eligibility & Submission
This acquisition is set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Offerors must be certified SDVOSB/VOSB and small businesses under NAICS code 237110, listed in the SBA certification database (https://search.certifications.sba.gov) at the time of submission and award. Joint ventures are eligible if they meet 13 CFR part 128 requirements, with the managing partner making representations.
