• Ductwork & Piping Labeling: Verbiage will be added to drawings MD104H and MD104P to label abandoned ductwork and piping as "Abandoned ductwork/piping done by project, #, date, contractor name" using metal plates with minimum 24 font lettering.
• Room Numbers: Room numbers (B505D, B505E, Stair #4) will be added to drawing M105.
• Sprinkler Work: Existing sprinklers and associated piping will remain in areas where the existing ceiling is to remain. Refer to Specification 01 35 26 Part 1.14.K for temporary upright sprinkler requirements.
• Dumpster/Laydown Location: The location for a construction dumpster and contractor laydown will be decided after contract award and coordinated with the COR.
• Business Hours: Business hours for the third-floor area and C41 Corridor are 7 am to 5 pm. Access through C41 Corridor outside of business hours is available.
• Construction Administration Platform: Submittal Exchange, Procore, and other similar web-based platforms are acceptable for construction administration.
• Pharmacy Area Access: The pharmacy operates from 7 am to 5 pm. No work is scheduled in the pharmacy area. If work were to occur, access would need to be coordinated.
• Room B411: Existing Lab Procedure Room B411 must remain open for the VA during construction. ICRA barriers should be provided as shown on construction drawings.
• IT Room: Room B416 is identified as the nearest IT room for data cabling.
