- Work extends to interstitial spaces, mechanical rooms, and the roof, including replacement of the air handling unit serving zones 1 & 5 and installation of new exhaust fans.
- Replacement of Poz-Lok sprinklers and piping in Fire Zone 2.1a and minor areas of Fire Zone 2.2. The project is to be completed within 490 calendar days from the executed contract.
