• Power washing of the exterior structure (entrance) and repainting of the facility name.

Contract Details

• Magnitude of Construction: Between $2,000,000 and $5,000,000
• Period of Performance: 365 calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP).
• Bonds: A Bid Guarantee (20% of bid price, not to exceed $3,000,000) is required. Performance and Payment Bonds will be required after award.
• Wage Determination: Department of Labor General Decision Number VA20260172 (01/02/2026) applies.

Set-Aside & Eligibility

This acquisition is a total Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside in accordance with 38 U.S.C. 8127(d).

• SDVOSB Requirements: Firms must be SDVOSB certified by the SBA via VetCert. Prime SDVOSBs are required to perform a minimum of 15% of the construction work with their own labor force and comply with subcontracting limitations (13 CFR 125.6).
