  • Comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal codes, laws, and regulations.
  • Adhere to Infection Control Risk Assessment (ICRA) requirements and maintain a smoke-free campus.
  • Implement strict Health & Safety protocols, including a 30-hour OSHA "Competent Person" on-site and 10-hour OSHA certification for all other workers. Controls for silica dust are mandatory.
  • Provide barricades, signage, and fencing to protect and secure the construction site.

Contract Details
