Description of purpose work nature and volume:

The chosen contractor shall provide complete construction services for labor, materials, equipment, and superintendent supervision required to complete the Repair Transformer T5 Access Hatch project for the Cincinnati VAMC, Cincinnati Campus.

The Repair Transformer T5 Access Hatch project is intended to replace the three-phase pad mount 150 KVA T5 transformer outside of Building 8. The contractor shall purchase the equipment and complete full install.

The above construction Statement Of Work (SOW) constitutes a basic outline of work and in no way outlines all of the details for the construction of this project. It is recommended that a detailed inspection of the premises, drawings and specification be initiated to determine the needs and conditions for the construction of this project.

Period of Performance: All phases of work completed within 550 calendar days after issuance of the Notice to Proceed.

The magnitude of construction project is estimated between $100,000 and $250,000..
