  • Electrical Systems: Repair and testing of generators, transformers, panels, and lighting.
  • Mechanical Systems: Repair and testing of medical air/vacuum systems.
  • Facility Support Services: Carpentry, road/parking lot repairs, painting, concrete work, roofing, landscaping, snow removal, and elevator maintenance.

  • Prime contractor must hold current Washington State Plumbing and HVAC-R licenses and have a place of business within 50 miles of MGVAMC.
  • Subcontractors must hold appropriate licenses.
  • Task Order pricing will require line-item proposals with a coefficient.
  • Contractors must respond to Task Orders within three business days.
  • Work must not interfere with patient care or hospital operations.
  • Davis Bacon Act or Service Contract Act wage rates will apply based on Task Order nature.
