Services include, but are not limited to:
- Plumbing and Pipe Systems: Repair, replacement, testing, and installation.
- HVAC-R Systems: Maintenance, repair, installation, and demolition of various components, including TAB.
- Electrical Systems: Repair and testing of generators, transformers, panels, and lighting.
- Mechanical Systems: Repair and testing of medical air/vacuum systems.
- Facility Support Services: Carpentry, road/parking lot repairs, painting, concrete work, roofing, landscaping, snow removal, and elevator maintenance.

- Completed "Sources Sought Contractor Information Form".
- Completed "Sources Sought Past Performance Project Data Form" (up to three projects, preferably as a Prime on an ID/IQ, within the last five years).
- SDVOSB or VOSB: Description of compliance with VAAR 852.219-75.
- All other socio-economic businesses: Description of compliance with FAR 52.219-14.
- Comments on the impact of consolidating requirements into a single procurement and suggestions for dividing work.
Special Requirements (for future contract)
- Prime contractor must hold current Washington State Plumbing and HVAC-R licenses and have a place of business within 50 miles of MGVAMC.
- Subcontractors must hold appropriate licenses.
- Task Order pricing will require line-item proposals with a coefficient.
- Contractors must respond to Task Orders within three business days.
- Work must not interfere with patient care or hospital operations.
- Davis Bacon Act or Service Contract Act wage rates will apply based on Task Order nature.
