Z1DA--VISN 20 General Construction MATOC Replacement Construction Services

The purpose of this amendment is to accomplish the following: 

1. Proposal due date is extended to July 1, 2025 at 3:00 PM PST.

2. Question period is closed.  Additional questions will not be accepted. 

3.  Attachment 1 to this amendment are the questions/answers regarding the seed project.

4. In amendment 0005 you were provided a copy of VAAR 852.219-75, VA Notice of LOS Certification (JAN 2023)(DEVIATION).  We have attached it to this amendment again to ensure each offeror has the correct version.  In order for your proposal to be considered you MUST: 

• Use the VAAR 852.219-75 (JAN 2023)(DEVIATION) version provided in either amendment 0005 or this amendment.  The 2022 version of this clause, or any other version/format will not be acceptable. 
• Return the ENTIRE clause, in full text, with your proposal. 
• Review paragraph (d) to ensure a complete understanding of the requirement; AND
• Complete the certification, inserting name of offeror in BOTH fill in’s, printed name of signee, printed title of signee, signature, date and company name and address. this certification MUST be completed properly and returned with your proposal.

5.  Solicitation attachment 6 Seed Project Price Breakout Revised 6.16.25 is provided for your use.  Additional divisions added. 

6.  The following attachments are provided to further clarify questions/answers provided:
