Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This Sources Sought is open to SDVOSB, VOSB, and SB firms. Respondents must:
- Be registered in SAM.gov under NAICS 238210.
- SDVOSB/VOSB: Be verified by the VA Center for Veterans Enterprise (CVE) and provide a current printout from vip.vetbiz.gov.
- Provide evidence of any other socioeconomic designations.
- State company's bonding capability/capacity.
- Verify ability to meet VAAR 852.219-74 and 13 CFR 125.6 subcontracting limitations (no more than 75% paid to non-similarly situated firms).
