- Snow & Ice Removal: First-priority snow and ice removal services for roadways, sidewalks, and primary pedestrian routes from November 1 to April 30. Snow must be cleared within 1 hour of snowfall, before accumulation exceeds 2 inches. On-site snow stockpiling is acceptable.
- Additional Tasks: Infrequent, as-needed assistance with on-site projects (e.g., hole digging, minor removals) is included in the firm-fixed monthly price. The contractor must provide all labor, supervision, equipment, tools, materials, and transportation, complying with VA facility rules and OSHA standards. The cemetery area is not part of this contract.
