- Interior Painting: Moving and protecting furniture, painting and caulking 16 bedroom/bathrooms (including crown molding), baseboards, window/door trim, and at least seven ceilings across three floors. Kitchen cabinets require removal, prepping, and spray painting.
- Exterior Painting: Painting all exterior trim, fascia, soffits, decorative wood columns, porch ceilings, doors, Pergola, and the outdoor Pavilion (exterior and interior). This includes scraping, pressure-washing, repairing/replacing, priming, and painting specific exterior surfaces like doors, soffits, fascia, and columns. All work must minimize disruption to the Fisher House operations and requires coordination with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR). Work hours are weekdays, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
