• General information and technical background on similar projects.

• Bonding capability (per contract and aggregate).

• Anticipated teaming arrangements.

• List of similar government and commercial projects.

• Submissions should not exceed 10 single-sided pages.

• This is a Sources Sought Notice for market research only; it is not a solicitation. No contract will be awarded from this notice.

• Potential Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and have a current Online Representations and Certifications Application on file.

• SDVOSBs and VOSBs must be verified in VA's VetCert program.

• The government will use this information to determine the procurement strategy, including any small business set-aside.
