- Exterior Painting: Includes soft washing, repair of unsuitable substrate (requiring client authorization via bilateral modification), and painting of approximately 1,070 linear feet of fascia, 1,150 sq ft of soffit (white), 3,020 linear feet of window/door/corner trim (white), and 7,560 sq ft of siding (blue). All paint colors must match existing, with detailed coating system specifications (primer, intermediate, topcoat, MPI standards, DFT) provided.
- Site Cleanup: Removal of all job-related debris.
Contract Details & Requirements
