Scope of Work

  • Gutter System Replacement: Removal of existing gutters and downspouts, followed by the installation of approximately 450 linear feet of new, white, seamless aluminum 6" K-style gutters and approximately 420 linear feet of new, white aluminum 3" x 4" downspouts. Custom splash guards are required at inside mitered corners.
  • Exterior Painting: Includes exterior washing (softwash) of fascia, soffit, and siding. Painting of approximately 1,070 linear feet of fascia and 1,150 sq ft of soffit with exterior white paint. Painting of approximately 3,020 linear feet of window, door, and corner trim with exterior white paint. Painting of approximately 7,560 sq ft of siding with exterior blue paint. All paint colors must match existing.
  • Substrate Repair: Any rot or unsuitable substrate discovered during removal requires immediate notification to the client and a cost estimate for authorization via a bilateral modification.
  • Site Cleanup: Removal of all job-related debris upon completion.

Contract & Timeline

Evaluation & Submission

  • Bonds: Performance and Payment Bonds (100% of the original contract price) are required within 15 calendar days after award. A Bid Guarantee is also required.
