Scope of Work
The contractor will provide comprehensive cleaning and restriping services for all parking lots, roads, crosswalks, parking garages, speed bumps, hash marks, bus stops, and other painted road markings within the American Lake campus. This includes furnishing and applying paint and reflective glass beads, converting regular stalls to ADA-compliant stalls, and adhering to standards such as FHWA, DOT, and ADA. The work is to occur annually in June and July, completed within 60 days once commenced. Significant work may require evenings, weekends, or nights to avoid impacting hospital operations, with no additional costs for such scheduling. One lane of traffic must always be maintained, and contractors are permitted to block off specific sections of parking lots in coordination with the COR.
