Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for:
- Performing diagnostic inspection and isolation of failed inverter systems.
- Salvaging usable internal components from one Satcon 500 KW inverter (TB) to repair a second Satcon 500 KW inverter (TD).
- Rebuilding and repairing inverter TD, including electrical components, cooling fan motors, and power supply.
- Decommissioning the non-repairable inverter TB.
- Installing replacement capacity using SMA Sunny Tripower CORE1 (or similar) string inverters to restore approximately 500 kW generation capacity.
- Performing electrical integration, system testing, commissioning, and restoring monitoring.
- Documenting all repairs, testing results, and commissioning.
- Providing own ladders/lifts for access.
- Ensuring new solar inverters are California State Certified.

Eligibility & Evaluation
Award will be made to the responsible offeror with the lowest-priced, reasonable quote. Price is the sole evaluation factor. Offerors must meet special responsibility standards:
- Hold a C-46 Solar Contractor license from the California Contractors State License Board.
- Have completed a 30-hour OSHA Construction Safety course.
- Possess at least 5 years of experience troubleshooting and repairing Satcon inverters, with verifiable references (contract numbers, POCs).
