The contractor must provide all necessary labor, materials, equipment, tools, supervision, and administration. Contract Details

This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation with an estimated value of approximately $19 Million. The Period of Performance is 12 months from the date of award. Bidders must comply with the Service Contract Act (SCA) Wage Determination WD 2015-5237 Rev 30 for the Texas Counties of Bell and Coryell. This determination specifies minimum hourly wage rates, health and welfare benefits ($5.55 per hour or $222.00 per week), paid sick leave (EO 13706), minimum wage (EO 13658), vacation, and holiday pay.
