Special Requirements & Notes
- Work Hours: Normal work hours are Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM PST, excluding Federal Holidays. Weekend or holiday work requires prior permission. Quiet hours apply after 6:00 PM PST near Building 1 (CLC) and after 9:00 PM daily near Freedom's Path, SRO, and Fisher House.
- Site Coordination: The contractor must ensure unimpeded access to medical center activities, provide site protective barriers, site control devices, and traffic control. Proposed traffic control methods require Contracting Officer approval.
- Utility Outages: Temporary utility outages must be scheduled with the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) at least 21 working days in advance, with power outage requests in writing.
