Scope of Work
The contractor shall provide all supervision, labor, equipment, parts, and materials to renovate and modify an existing female restroom (one toilet & one lavatory) and add a single shower enclosure at Building 48, U.S. Coast Guard Base Elizabeth City, NC. Key tasks include:
- Constructing a new finished insulated interior partition wall with a door.
- Replacing the wall-hung toilet, flushometer, and lavatory.
- Installing new lighting, a wall-mounted mirror, and ceramic tile for walls and flooring.
- Replacing all water supply valves, faucets, and drainage/venting components.
