Eligibility & Requirements
Offerors must be registered in SAM.gov and verified in the VA Veteran Small Business Certification (VetCert) at the time of bid submittal. A critical requirement is that the contractor must be an NTMA (National Terrazzo & Mosaic Association) member with documented terrazzo repair experience; non-NTMA members are not acceptable. The Project Superintendent must be a direct employee of the Prime Contractor. All on-site employees require 10-hour OSHA certification, with the competent person requiring 30-hour OSHA certification, along with annual TB training and PPD testing.
