- Capability to perform work of this magnitude and complexity, with 1-3 comparable project examples from the past 5 years (description, customer, timeliness, satisfaction, dollar value).
- CVE certification status (if applicable).
- Socio-economic status for NAICS 236220 and percentage of self-performed labor.
- Joint Venture information (if applicable).
- Bonding Capability (letter from Surety indicating per-contract and aggregate levels).
