  • Mechanical: Dedicated HVAC systems for generator spaces, ventilation, and installation of two 40,000-gallon double-wall fiberglass underground fuel oil storage tanks.
  • Civil & Site: Construction of a new blast-rated generator building (approx. 5,100 GSF), extension/rerouting of site utilities, new site security fencing, blast protection walls, reconfigured drive aisles/parking, and site restoration.
  • Multidisciplinary: All necessary architectural, structural, and coordination with campus-wide communications, fire alarm, and access control systems. All work must comply with VA, federal, state, and local codes, including NFPA and the VA Physical Security and Resiliency Design Manual (PSRDM).
