Scope of Work

- Selective demolition and removal of existing systems, finishes, and equipment.
- Replacement or relocation of Architectural and MEP equipment, including medical gas modifications, electrical boom arm relocation, ceiling sterile air curtains, built-in control room desk/casework, and additional wall outlets.
- Reconfiguration of partitions and doorways, including new architectural walls, doors, frames, and hardware.
- Installation of new interior finishes (ceiling, flooring, wall protection, paint).
- Site preparation for government-furnished catheterization lab equipment, encompassing structural supports, utilities, shielding modification, conduits, and interfaces.
- Hazardous materials abatement (asbestos, lead, mold) in compliance with VA, EPA, OSHA, and state/local regulations.
