• Offeror Information: Name, Role (Prime/Subcontractor)
• Contract Details: Contract Number, Project Number, NAICS Code, Project Title, Location, Contracting Officer/POC, Owner’s Project Manager/POC.
• Contracting Information: Type of Contract, Award Amount, Final Amount, Award Date, Notice to Proceed Date, Scheduled and Actual Completion Dates.
• Project Performance: Number of Change Orders and reasons, OSHA Citations (if applicable).
• Subcontractors: List of major subcontractors with POC and phone numbers.
• Narrative: A detailed description of the work performed and its relevance (very relevant, relevant, or somewhat relevant) to the current opportunity.
