Submission Requirements

Interested SDVOSB firms must submit a Capability Statement, limited to 10 pages, via email. Key information required includes: Offeror's name, address, point of contact, phone, email, and Unique Entity ID; interest in bidding; capability to perform similar projects (1-3 examples within 5 years); CVE certification; socio-economic status for NAICS 236220 and percentage of self-performed labor; Joint Venture information (if applicable); and a letter from Surety detailing bonding capability. Firms must be registered in SAM.gov and SBA certified (certifications.sba.gov) as an SDVOSB by the response date.
