This is a Sources Sought notice for market research purposes to identify qualified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) capable of performing the renovation of Building 204 for a new Cath Lab at the James H. Quillen VA Medical Center in Mountain Home, Tennessee. The government may or may not issue a formal solicitation based on this market research.

The project involves furnishing all supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and transportation for the renovation of Building 204 to create a second Cath Lab. This includes site preparation, demolition, and all work in accordance with applicable specifications and drawings. The work environment is complex and requires strict adherence to security and infection control procedures.

• Period of Performance: 730 calendar days.
• Estimated Cost Magnitude: $10,000,000.00 to $15,000,000.00.
