• VAAR 852.219-75: VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting (Certificate of Compliance for Services and Construction) applies. For general construction, contractors will not pay more than 85% of the amount paid to firms that are not certified SDVOSBs or VOSBs.

• Affirmative Action Goals: 9% for Minority Participation, 6.9% for Female Participation per trade.

• Payment and Performance bonds are required.

• A bid guarantee is required (20% of bid price, not to exceed $3,000,000).
