Scope of Work
The project involves six distinct construction phases and includes:
- Replacing 1,090 SF of existing acoustical ceiling tile (ACT) with a framed 5/8" gypsum drywall ceiling system, including tamper-proof access panels.
- Replacing 2,565 SF of existing ACT with a tamper-resistant ceiling panel system (minimum CAC 35, NRC 0.85), with appropriate access panels.
- Replacing 18 patient-use toilets with Ligature Resistant ADA Compliant Stainless-Steel Toilets.
- Replacing 18 patient-use sinks with Ligature Resistant ADA Compliant Stainless-Steel Sinks.
- Replacing 27 patient room doors with inward-opening, 20-minute rated Barrier-Resistant Interior Wood Doors. These doors will feature outward-opening wicket doors with laminated glass view panels, integral blinds, anti-ligature hardware, and single-sided deadbolts.
- Replacing door handles with new anti-ligature handles.
- Removing, reinstalling, and recertifying over-the-door alarms.
