The scope includes installation, inspection and potential reuse or replacement of existing piping, proper disposal of old equipment, reapplication or replacement of insulation, and modification of roof supports if necessary (requiring a Tremco certified roofer for roof modifications). Key qualifications include a field service representative located within 100 miles of the West Haven Campus, prior HVAC work and/or inspection projects for VA Connecticut Healthcare System, a minimum of three years of related experience, and personnel with current OSHA 30 and OSHA 10 certifications.
