Eligibility & Evaluation
This is an SDVOSB Set-Aside. Offerors must have a field service representative within 100 miles of the West Haven campus, possess relevant HVAC certifications (including OSHA 30/10), and have a minimum of three years of commercial HVAC experience. Prior HVAC work for VACHS is preferred. Award will be made to the offeror providing the best value to the Government, considering Price, Past Performance, and Technical Capability. Offerors must complete Attachment 1 (Price Schedule) and Attachment 2 (Past Performance Worksheet) with 1-3 references.
