This requirement is set-aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB).
General Description: The Department of Veteran Affairs (VA), Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 8, VA Caribbean Healthcare System (VACHS) has a requirement to provide a structural enclosure over the generator farm to cover approximately 8,500 sf of exposed space. The enclosure shall provide protection to the components and personnel during a hurricane. The contractor shall complete the work required within nine hundred (900) calendar days from receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP) in accordance with the construction drawings and specifications prepared by an independent Architect-Engineer firm. The magnitude of construction is between $5,000,000 and $10,000,000. The solicitation will be issued on or about 09/17/2025. All information for this solicitation will be posted on the SAM.gov website at www.sam.gov. All interested firms must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM.GOV). Important Notice: Prior to submitting a proposal under SDVOSB set-aside solicitation, offerors must be listed in the SBA Veteran Certification site https://search.certifications.sba.gov/ as an active SBA SDVOSB certified.
