Project Scope
This project involves the comprehensive renovation of approximately 10,200 square feet of the Catheterization Lab located on the second floor of the East Wing. The scope includes the relocation of existing ultrasound and fluoroscopy equipment to a renovated imaging suite. Major remodeling will encompass moving three radiology rooms, two ultrasound rooms, a patient restroom, a central staff work area, a communications closet, and an electrical room, as well as constructing a new ultrasound room. The work requires complete Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing services for both new and renovated areas, including new finishes, removal and installation of walls, floors, ceilings, lighting, power, HVAC, and plumbing. Contractors must provide all materials, labor, tools, equipment, transportation, supervision, project management, administrative support, and specialized expertise.
