Requires a 2-hour fire rating for the generator room, modernized interior partitions, and replacement of the existing 750KW generator switchboard interior.
- Building T-1 (E Wing): Replace the existing 200KW diesel generator with a new 200KW generator, including a new enclosure, stainless-steel tank, tap box for ATS integration, and provisions for DDC monitoring. New concrete equipment pads and foundations are required.
- Building 32A (Parking Garage): Replace the existing 200KW diesel generator with a new 200KW generator, including a subbase fuel tank with a minimum 90-minute run time, tap box for ATS integration, and DDC connectivity. All work must adhere to applicable codes and standards, encompassing electrical, mechanical, civil, and fire protection engineering aspects.

Eligibility & Submission Requirements
This is a total SDVOSB set-aside. Offerors must have an active SAM UEI number, be current in SAM, and be verified in the SBA database as an SDVOSB at the time of offer submission and award. A bid guarantee (SF 24) of not less than 20% of the proposal price (not exceeding $3,000,000) is required. Payment and Performance Bonds (SF 25A and SF 25) will be required upon award. Mandatory certifications include the "VA Notice of Limitations on Subcontracting" and the "Contractor Certification Regarding Safety and Environmental" (requiring OSHA/EPA violation reporting and EMR documentation).
