Eligibility & Submission

Offerors must be verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verification and Evaluation (CVE) and visible on VetBiz prior to proposal submission. Failure to meet this requirement will result in a non-responsive proposal. Offerors must also be registered in SAM.gov and complete required online representations and certifications. A Bid Guarantee is required, and the awardee must be able to obtain Performance and Payment Bonds.
