• AST 3 (dual-compartment 2 x 4,000-gallon for vehicle fuel): Requires API-compliant external inspection and Fit for Service certification.
• AST 4 (1,000-gallon diesel for emergency power): Requires API-compliant external inspection and Fit for Service certification.
• General Requirements: Provision of all labor, materials, parts, and supervision. Compliance with WV Legislative Rule Title 47, Series 63; NFPA 30; West Virginia State Fire Marshal regulations; manufacturer installation guidelines; and OSHA Standards 29 CFR 1910.1025 and 1926.62.
