Submission & Evaluation
Proposals must be submitted via email to Mark.Holland@VA.gov by January 14, 2026, at 10:00 AM MST. A wet signed and stamped copy of the bid bond must be included. Offerors must be verified by the Department of Veterans Affairs Center for Verifications and Evaluations (CVE) and registered in SAM prior to proposal receipt.
