Statement of Work (SOW) / Performance Work Statement (PWS)

This Statement of Work outlines the requirements for the "Repair/Replace Campus Sewer and Storm Drain Lines" project at the Roseburg VA HCS campus.

• Provide all labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition and construction services needed to repair and replace campus sewer and storm drain lines.

• Total Project Duration: 425 calendar days.

  • Part I: 60 days for submittal review and approval after Notice to Proceed (NTP).
  • Part II: 365 days for project completion after Part I completion and NTP.

• High level of coordination with VA staff is required.

• Regularly scheduled project meetings (bi-weekly or more frequent) are mandatory.

• Contractor must have an authorized representative on-site at all times during construction.

• Develop a "Submittal Register" and log all submittals.

• Retain copies of all submitted documents.

• Adhere to Roseburg VAMC security and safety requirements.

• Field check all provided information and ensure final drawings are originals based on field checks, not take-offs or tracings.
