- Selective demolition of existing ramps, stairs, electrical components, and partitions.
- Installation of new finishes, including static dissipative rubber and carpet tiles, and painting.
- Relocation and installation of electrical components, communication systems (SRG grounding), and electronic safety/security elements (fire detection, key card reader).
- Adherence to strict safety protocols for identified asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and lead-based paint (LBP) within the project area (Room B120).
