Quick Summary
The Department of the Air Force is conducting market research through a Sources Sought / Request for Information (RFI) for full-spectrum sustainment of the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System. This effort seeks to identify qualified sources capable of maintaining 30 systems in the field and 8 spares globally, ensuring an 85% Fully Mission Capable rate. The RFI is issued by AFLCMC WNKAC at Robins AFB, GA. Responses are due by June 11, 2026.
Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for comprehensive sustainment efforts for the ZEUS™ III Laser Neutralization System fleet. This includes providing Field Service Representative (FSR) support globally for troubleshooting (hardware and software), inspections, maintenance, Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) repair, and training. The scope also covers updating operation and training manuals and adhering to DoD/Air Force security procedures. It is important to note that all software installation, updates, and maintenance are the exclusive responsibility of the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Parsons Government Services, as the government does not own the data rights.
