Statement of Work (SOW)

This Statement of Work (SOW) defines the effort required for the purchase of one (1) Zoller Venturion 450, including delivery, installation, training, interface review, and performance verification at Tinker Air Force Base (TAFB), OK.

• Procurement of one (1) Zoller Venturion 450 (P/N VEN450-P).

• Contractor is responsible for delivery to Building 3001, Post F91, TAFB, OK, and offloading the equipment.

• Government will provide power, water, and compressed air within 25 linear feet of the installation area; Contractor is responsible for final connection.

• Contractor must comply with all applicable Environmental Protection & Safety regulations, including HAZMAT, SDS, Hazardous Waste, Spill reporting, and Environmental Training requirements.

• Contractor personnel must receive FOD/DOP training and comply with tool control and accountability procedures.

• Contractor must notify GPOC seven (7) business days before arrival for Visitors Passes.

• Contractor must notify GPOC before sending a Foreign National representative.

• Contractor must comply with safety and health regulations on Government installations and report any injuries or damage.

• Contractor must follow emergency procedures and participate in drills.
