3. Attachment J01 SOW ZRRF is replaced with the November 2025 version and is now titled J01 SOW ZRRF Nov2025.
4. Attachment J09 ZIH Re-Roof Plans 2005 is added. This is a zip file of the plans for the current roof.
5. The offers due date is extended to 01/05/2026.
6. Acknowledge this and all amendments on block 19 of the SF-1442.
7. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.

Amendment 1: The offers due date is extended to 12/16/2025 to allow time to publish the answers to the questions received in response to the solicitation. RFP Title: Zuni Roof Replacement and Fall Protection Construction

Period of Performance: 180 days.

Construction Magnitude: magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.

Contract Type: FFP

Goal: This project will provide for the needed replacement of the roofing systems at the Zuni Comprehensive Community Health Center; and to include a fall protection system.
