Scope of Work
The contractor will provide all necessary labor, equipment, materials, supplies, transportation, fuel, tools, and supervision for the purchase and delivery of 7,000 gallons of #1 Diesel Fuel Clear. Delivery is required to a 10,000-gallon above-ground fuel storage tank located at the BIA, Cheyenne River Agency, Br. of Transportation, 605 N Willow Street, Eagle Butte, SD 57625. Deliveries must occur within 7 days after receipt of order, during normal work hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Mountain Time, Monday through Friday, excluding Federal Holidays), and must be coordinated with the BIA Technical POC.

Submission Requirements
Quotations must be submitted via email to jodi.zachary@bia.gov by Monday, January 26, 2026, at 9:00 AM PT. Interested parties must complete Blocks 8 and 15A-15C of Amendments 0001, 0002, and 0003 and include these with their submission. Required submission items also include SF-1449, company information, firm fixed price per gallon, hazardous material identification and Material Safety Data Sheet, completed solicitation provisions (pages 19-25), and confirmation of 7-day delivery. The IEE Representation Form is no longer required.
Special Requirements & Notes
Businesses operating on the Cheyenne River Sioux Tribe (CRST) reservation must attain and maintain a tribal business license. All work must comply with Federal, Tribal, State, and Local laws, as well as industry standards for environmental protection, occupational safety, and fuel handling. Offerors must have an active SAM.gov profile.
