Scope of Work
The requirement is for on-call delivery of clear ultra-low sulfur #2 diesel and unleaded (87 Octane – 10% ethanol) gasoline. Deliveries must be made within 48 hours of order placement (except Friday orders for Monday) to Cross Creeks National Wildlife Refuge, 643 Wildlife Road, Dover, TN 37058, during core working hours (7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday-Friday, excluding holidays). The contractor is responsible for unloading minimum 200 gallons and maximum 1000 gallons per fuel type directly into FWS storage tanks. Fuel must comply with current National Fuel Quality Standards and ASTM standards.
Contract Details

Notes
Offerors must quote their markup price per gallon in dollar format ($0.00), which will be applied to the average Oil Price Information Service (OPIS) Rack Price +/-5% on the day of delivery.
