Key Requirements & Deliverables
Contractors must provide all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, and supervision for dining facility attendant and cook support. Personnel must meet specific qualifications, including National Restaurant Association SERV Safe Manager Certification for Food Service Managers and State of Idaho Food Handlers Cards for employees.
