The goal of this project is to decommission specified existing Plumas National Forest facilities at the Brush Creek Work Center and construct a new work center, including utility infrastructure. Several scope items are included as option line items.

• A 200A power pedestal is available; contractor must open a PG&E account for usage. Any additional temporary power is the contractor's responsibility.

• Contractor must procure and install a project sign.

• Documentation of construction via professional photos is required.

• This contract does not include supply and installation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment (FFE).

• Contractor is responsible for any necessary surveys, including boundary surveys.

• Liquidated damages are included.

• Contractor is responsible for protection of their work and may choose to purchase Builder's Risk Insurance.

• Camping within construction limits requires COR and District Ranger approval.
