Scope of Work
The contractor will be responsible for updating existing audio-visual infrastructure and installing new equipment. Key tasks include:
- Installation: Integrating Crestron NVX fiber optic decoders/encoders for displays and sources, interfacing with cameras and microphones for web conferencing, and upgrading audio systems (speakers, amplifiers, DSPs) for both SIPR and NIPR modes. The project requires the installation of specific hardware components, including network switches, control systems, touch screens, projectors, amplifiers, microphones, speakers, and cables from manufacturers like Crestron, Netgear, Extron, Biamp, Shure, and Liberty.
- Design, Programming, and Documentation: Developing comprehensive Crestron control code and touch panel interfaces, providing system design documentation (including interconnection diagrams), and creating a system manual.
